Well Mr. Heimerdinger, I've got to hand it to you. The eleveneth installment of anything is either impressive or annoying. I think in the case of authors it is more impressive. To be able to continue a story diologue for this many novels is pretty good. As a kid I listened to these books on tape all of the time. I enjoyed them very much. I'm starting to think that I should probably read the entire set, just to see how I really feel about them. Also, kudos to you for keeping readers interested apparently. I don't imagine your publisher would put it out there if it were not selling copies.Does everyone realize that this series has been going on for twenty years? That's a pretty good career for a writer to stay relevant. Aside from the Tennis Shoes series, Chris has written Seven other novels and produced a movie and a cd.
I guess what I am getting at is this; I am a little jealous of his success. I would love to have a literary career on par with Chris. I guess I better start writing....

If it's anything like the 20 year run of sequels of The Land Before Time, count me OUT.
You are both funny...start writing Dan. I have a household of story lovers, we'll be IN!
