It will be mine, oh yes, it will be mine. Later today some girl at sprint will be calling me to tell me that my new LG Remarq has come in. I'm pretty excited about getting something different. And because I'm cheap, I'm even more excited that it is a free upgrade. Yay!! Don't worry, this is actually a slider phone so the key pad drops down from behind the screen and it has a full keyboard. I text enough that this means something to me. Yay for new phones!
I had a bit of an epiphany this morning regarding Talk Mormon. Few people realize how much time it takes to put together a half cohesive sounding interview. Editing and everything takes lots of time that I don't have much of. So here's my thought, one interview a month, then three weeks of other content. Something like; Week one: Profile of a Prophet- This would be a ten to fifteen minute verbal profile, hopefully including some information that is not generally known.
Week two: Book of Mormon Stories- Another short segment about what I have been learning about in the BOM.
Week three: This month in Church History- Title explains this pretty well.
Week four: Interview
It is much easier to produce something where I am the only input instead of having to edit and splice an interview. What do you think? I am looking for your honest opinions. The idea excites me because it will allow me to do some writing about church stuff. I also like the idea because it will require much less editing time. Anyway, tell me you think.
