My brother Mark has been in town from Illinois for the past few days. It was good to see him. While he was here, we enjoyed some good food and one really good movie.
Yesterday morning, he left for home. He is still driving today and I hope that he gets there safely.
Tomorrow will be the estate sale at my parents house. If you are near by, come on over, buy something, or just say hi. It feels so weird to be selling so much stuff. It just makes things seem all the more final. I realize that they are gone, but parting with their things just amplifies that fact. I won't lie though, this sale and the subsequent donation of items to charity afterwards is exciting in a way. Everyone's life have been consumed to one level or another for the past 2.5 months trying to get the house sorted, divided and prepared for sell. It will be nice to have that weight lifted.
The application for our building permit is in and we expect to get moving next week. Hopefully it will work out that way.

I wish we could be there to help out with the "sale to end all sales"! Our thoughts are definitely with you guys!! Sell, sell, sell!!! :-)
Tron was good, wasn't it? I enjoyed it a lot. It was a hot cup of steaming neon coolness.
