The Purge

If you know me well, you know that I constantly have ideas about blogs, businesses, inventions, etc. Because I want to be a writer so much, many of my ideas revolve around blogs and websites. An idea will strike me and I will go and create a blog. Most times, I never do anything with the blog. I become enamored by another idea, or I realize I know so close to nothing about the subject that I could never maintain an interesting blog about it. Honestly, I move through most of my ideas faster than prune juice moves through a two year old with a belly full of bran.

Today, I faced my half creative demons and mowed down most of my blog ideas. I deleted the blogs that I know I will never do anything with. My list of blogs dropped from 41 to about 12. 12 is still a lot of blogs. Probably, as time goes by, I will delete even more, who knows? There are a few ideas that I am still entertaining. I've decided that I really like to write, and if it were ever possible, I wouldn't mind making a little money at it, but don't worry, Rantings of the man Dan will never have those annoying ads on it.
