Today has been a day of good news.

Getting good news is always pleasant, but it's even better when there is more than one piece of it at a time.

Today we got really good news about one of the bids on our house. Long and short of it, one of the biggest bids of the whole thing came in $14,000 or so less than expected. That made me smile.

I spoke with the IRS today and instead of filling out 100 pages of old returns, they told me that since I only needed to change one form for each year, that all I had to send in was that one form. BIG relief! So, taxes are done. Yay!

There was some other good news as well, but I will have to check with Shalee before I share it with you. No, it's not what you are thinking, but it is good news nonetheless.
