Although the temperature crossed that line many times this past week, that is not what I am talking about. I lost three pounds this week. I feel OK about that since I did nothing except to adjust my diet. This week I start working out, that is what I am afraid of. This morning I went with my brother Dave to play some basketball. It was good, but it was bad too. I am terribly out of shape and it's going to take a while to get back in it.

The weekend was good. Shalee and I spoke in an adoption education class on Saturday, then just had the rest of the weekend to relax. Last night was tough, both boys were up a lot. I have the ability to sleep through it, but Shalee does not. I hope she gets some rest today.

3 in a week is a very healthy goal. Don't try for more than that or it will go back on a lot faster. Good job!
I had to find a one credit class to make my schedule full time so I signed up for a pilates class, and I'm scared to death for it! I'm SO out of shape, and I just know it's going to be full of fit 18 year olds and I won't be able to keep up. It starts in March. Yikes!
